I should really have better sense than to follow Davide with a recipe, but here goes.

Focaccia Roast Beef Sandwiches

2 bunches fresh Basil (about 2 cups per bunch)
1 cup Mayonnaise** (homemade or Hellman’s)
1 loaf fresh bakery-style Focaccia
1 (12 ounce) jar Sun-Dried Tomatoes in olive oil, drained and chopped
1 ˝ pounds rare deli Roast Beef, sliced paper thin

Blanche 1 bunch of the basil leaves in boiling water for 30 seconds, then remove to sink and run cold water over the leaves until they feel cold to the touch. Drain and squeeze dry. Place the leaves in a food processor and process until smooth. Add the mayonnaise and pulse to mix. Transfer to a clean jar, cover, and refrigerate.
Slice the focaccia in half horizontally. Generously coat the bread with the basil mayonnaise. Arrange the sun-dried tomatoes over the flavored mayo, then add the second bunch of whole basil leaves and top with the roast beef. Cover and wrap the focaccia securely with plastic wrap, and refrigerate it for 1 hour or overnight.
Serve sliced as finger sandwiches.

**Instead of plain mayo you can use your favorite Aioli recipe.
