While we were on Anegada last month, we hung out a few nights at the bar at Potter's By the Sea. Of all of the bushwackers that we have tried, we judged Potter's to be the best.

Ginger gave us the recipe:

1 part Gosling's Black Seal Rum
1 part premium vodka (Potter's uses Finlandia)
    1 part Kahlua
    1 part Bailey's Irish Cream
    ½ part Ponche Kuba
    ½ part Coco Lopez
    Ice
    Freshly grated nutmeg
Fill blender ½ to ¾ full of ice (small cubes best). Add liquids and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and grate fresh nutmeg on top! The consistency should be like a milk shake.

I am sitting in our Quality Assurance Laboratory right now checking this one out. It is the one!

Ponche Kuba is a rum/cream liqueur from Curaçao. I could not find it here in Houston, but I did find "Ponche Crema". It works.

Thank you, Ginger! yikes
