Here is a great easy recipe that works equally well on the grill or oven
Pork tenderloin marinaded with;
1/4 cup rum (Cruzan amber or gosling black seal)
1/4 cup teriyaki
2 tablespoons brown sugar
I add a little ginger
Marinade overnight and baste with the left over marinade.
350f in oven or grill, if grilling watch out for caramelizing of the marinade.

Sounds good. I just stumbled across some pork tenderloin in the freezer that we should use.
I bet this would be good in a smoker-grill... 3 hours @ 250F with smoke and another 3-hours wrapped in foil.
